At Kelyvora we understand that the personal information you share deserves careful handling. This document explains, in a straightforward way, which data we collect, for what purpose and what options you have over it, in line with Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations.

The data controller is Kelyvora Capital Urbana S.A.S., CUIT 30-71812945-4, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 2402, Floor 5, Office B, C.A.B.A., Argentina. You can write to hello@kelyvora.com for any query related to your data.
2. Data we process
When you complete the contact form, we receive your name, email address and the message you chose to send us. Through cookies and similar technologies we may also obtain technical device information, browsing session data and aggregated usage information, always subject to the consent you granted.
3. Purposes
We use your data to reply to your enquiries, share information about Kelyvora, improve your experience on the site, comply with legal obligations and, if you granted consent, measure digital marketing campaigns and personalise advertising content on Google platforms.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your free, informed and prior consent, as well as on Kelyvora's legitimate interest to operate the site safely and comply with regulatory requirements from the C.N.V. where applicable.
5. Retention
We keep contact messages for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Cookie consent records are stored for six (6) months or until you update your choice.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share information with technology providers that assist us with hosting, email, analytics and digital advertising (including Google), who act under confidentiality and data protection agreements.

8. Minors
This site is not intended for people under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
